How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Does the jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every CRAFTD piece is backed by a Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free.
How should I care for my jewelry?
While our jewelry is highly durable, we recommend rinsing it with fresh water after swimming in the ocean or pools and drying it with a soft cloth to maintain its original luster.
