Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original CRAFTD packaging and ensure it is securely packed in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
